The Xtend+Climb Home Series 770P+ is a versatile telescoping ladder designed with homeowners and do-it-yourselfers in mind. Standing at 12.5 feet and retracts down to 32 inches, the 770P+ is the tallest of the three Home Series models making it perfect for reaching those higher areas around the house.
